Laghu Guru Upanishad

Spiritual Teachings of Sri Sivabala Yogi

Spiritual knowledge revealed by Sri Sivabala Yogi’s divine grace to his disciple and author Gurprasad has been published in the book Laghu Guru Upanishad. Swamiji’s teaching was first revealed in the main book, Guru Upanishad, which has not been published yet.

It reveals that mind is the disease as well as the cure; therefore ‘Control of Mind’ is the essence of Sri Sivabala Yogi’s teachings. It profoundly explains that anyone can gain spiritually whether one believes in God or not and irrespective of religion, caste, social or any other denominations) provided one does self-effort to earn grace of the Lord.

This Upanishad is written in English language and shows the reader a practical approach for one’s spiritual journey from beginning till the end.
